Yoga Classes in Zambrone near Tropea – Every Thursday

From Tuesday 27 February 2024 onwards, I will be teaching Yoga in Zambrone, 10 minutes away from Tropea.

Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced. Depending on the needs of the students sessions can be taught in Italian or in English language.

TIMETABLES:

from 11:00 to 12:00

from 7.00pm to 8.00pm

Booking is mandatory in order to hold your space.

WHAT TO BRING:

-should you prefer, feel free to bring your own mat;

-a light blanket to use during Shavasana.

-some water.

Please note that  mats, pillows and blocks will be available at the yoga studio.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Comfortable clothes that facilitate movement.

COSTS:

One lesson: 15 Euros
Four Lessons*: 48 Euros
Monthly**: 80 Euros

*Valid for six weeks from the purchase date.
**Valid for one month from the purchase date.
